Harold Goodman
Chairman Emeritus

Harold's experience in this industry dates back to 1958 when he joined Merchant's Factors in Dallas, having graduated from the University of Texas and having spent two years in the armed services. Harold founded Goodman Factors in 1972, using the small amount of savings he had accumulated along with some loans from his family. He has watched the company grow from invoice purchases of less than $1 million in his first year to over $250 million today. Though no longer an owner, Harold still maintains an office on site which he visits virtually every day.

About the rest of our staff . . .         Goodman has been fortunate to have experienced relatively very little turnover among its employee base, some of whom have been with the company for more than 30 years. This continuity and experience among our very important operational and support staff serves to greatly enhance the level of service we provide to our many valued clients.
