Keith began in the factoring business in 1975 upon receiving his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Keith teamed up with Harold Goodman in 1979, and has facilitated the company's strong growth experienced since such time, much of which has come to us in the form of referrals from our many satisfied current and past clients. Keith's rich expertise and experience among the retail credit community has served the many clients of Goodman Factors quite well, by averting potential credit losses through effective credit management. Goodman and its clients, for the greatest part, have been able to avoid massive credit losses experienced by others with the unprecedented number of bankruptcy filings recorded in the last 10 years.

Harold founded Goodman Factors in 1972, using the small amount of savings he had accumulated along with some loans from his family. He has watched the company grow from invoice purchases of less than $1 million in his first year to over $250 million today.  Though no longer an owner, Harold still maintains an office on site which he visits virtually every day.
